Who are we?
Hey there. We are Adrian and Elaine. A couple that loves everything about Spain.
We love it so much that we decided to start investing in the Spanish property market a few years ago.
Currently, we have our own portfolio of properties but also help people like yourself buy one or more properties in this beautiful country.
Here’s what we can do for you
If you’re interested in buying property in Spain but have no idea where to start, you came to the right place.
Elaine and I are property brokers. If you’re not familiar with the industry’s terminology, no problem. It’s simple. We’re the middleman between you, the buyer, and the seller in Spain.
And as your property broker, we’ll take care of everything for you.
“Taking care of everything for you”?!…what does that even mean?
Good question. Let’s break it down a little bit more.
Consulting
Let’s start from the beginning. Elaine and I we’ll give you full assistance from day one.
We’ll talk about your goals and intentions of buying a property in Spain (live in Spain vs investing or both), and what budget you have which then will help us create a profile of what type of properties to look for.
Of course, there are a ton more topics to talk about and you can find the answer to many of them on the blog but if you have any doubts about anything we’ll be available to answer any queries you might have related to the whole process.
Talk to the local authorities
There are a lot of things that need to be done before acquiring, during and after buying your property in Spain and many of them require you to get in touch with the local authorities such as the Agencia Tributaria, el ayuntamiento, etc.
We’ll do all this for you as part of our property brokerage service.
Legalities
Most people find paperwork being one of the most annoying and stressful things to do. Even when you are in your own country.
Now imagine how much harder and complicated things could get when you have to do all this paperwork in a language that’s not yours.
But of course, we have you covered here as well. Our expertise includes having to put together the right documents you’ll need in order to buy your house in Spain.

- Apply for your NIE and other necessary documents
- We’ll have a look together at the property’s documentation to make sure everything is correct
- We’ll help you with all the notarial tasks as well
- We can translate since we both speak the language
- Check the property documents are in order
- Check the property has no financial issues such as debts, existing mortgages, etc

Financing
Do you need financing in order to buy your house? No problem.
Our contacts in the different Spanish banks are quick and competent so if you need a mortgage we’ll quickly put the documents together and submit them for a study.

There’s a lot more going on of course such as looking for properties, talking to the agents, negotiating with the sellers, and doing due diligence on property paperwork are some of the other things we’ll do for you.
Of course, once we have become your property brokers, we’ll be able to answer every single detail and question you might have about the process. This is just so you can have an idea of what this brokerage service is.

Maria worked hard all her life in Madrid. While this is a beautiful city, not everybody can afford to buy a house in Madrid. Plus Maria wanted to retire in a place where she can go to the beach if she wanted to. So we helped Maria find and buy a property in a good area on the Costa Blanca where you can find sun, sand, and beaches in abundance.
